DOROTA KEELING

Makers & Artisans

Photography for the hands, tools, materials, and quiet details behind the work.

Your work is more than the finished piece.

It’s the hands that shape it, the tools worn smooth over time, the materials chosen with care, and the quiet decisions no one sees when they simply look at the final product.

My approach is to photograph your craft in a way that feels honest and atmospheric — showing not only what you make, but the story, process, and place behind it.

Session Experience

A relaxed, documentary approach

You don’t need to perform for the camera.

Most of the session will feel like you simply working while I quietly document what’s already there: your hands, your space, your materials, your rhythm.

I’ll offer gentle direction when needed, especially for portraits or product groupings, but the goal is always the same — images that feel real, beautiful, and true to your work.
