With a membership, you’ll have a dedicated family photographer who captures both the milestones and the everyday moments of your year. Think first days of school, new pets, family traditions, holidays, and even the simple joy of summer play in the backyard.

How does scheduling work if we don’t know our calendar yet?
No worries! Memberships are flexible. You can book sessions as the year unfolds. I’ll send reminders before busy seasons (like fall and the holidays) so you don’t miss out.
What if we need to reschedule?
Life happens — kids get sick, weather changes, or schedules shift. Just let me know as soon as possible, and we’ll reschedule your session within the membership period.
Can we split a session into shorter ones?
Yes! Once per membership year, you can divide one 1-hour session into two 30-minute sessions — perfect for quick milestones like the first day of school or choosing a Christmas tree. Each mini includes ~15 edited images.
Can we add extra sessions beyond what’s included?
Absolutely! Members enjoy a discounted rate of $300 per extra full session (instead of my regular $375). This is popular for birthdays, visiting relatives, or special events.
What is the $50 print credit?
It’s a gift from me to you! The credit can be applied to professional-quality prints, wall art, or albums through your online gallery. If your order total is more than $50, you simply pay the difference.
Do you travel to farms or special locations?
Yes! I love photographing farms and unique family spaces. Travel within the Cowichan Valley & Nanaimo is included.
Small travel fees may apply for sessions farther away.
How many images will we receive from each session?
Each full session includes 30+ fully edited, high-resolution images, delivered via a private online gallery.
Mini sessions (if you split one) include ~15 images.
Can grandparents or extended family join a session?
Of course! Your membership is about telling your family’s story. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan the perfect location.
